I wanted to let everyone know that I will be retiring at the end of this school year. This was a decision I didn’t take lightly since I have loved being part of our school community. Abbotts Hill has truly been my home away from home for twenty years.
It has been an absolute honor and pleasure to work with our incredible students, families, and staff members. I can’t put into words how much I have cherished the opportunity to teach so many children. Watching them grow from kindergarteners to fifth graders (or meeting them somewhere in between) has been a highlight of my life, and the memories I have made at Abbotts Hill will be in my heart forever. Hopefully, my passion for books and reading has been a positive influence on each student because in my mind, there is no better lifelong endeavor.
If you’d like to stay in touch, please feel free to reach out to me via email at [email protected] before the end of the school year so we can exchange personal email addresses.
